Membership Application

The Native American Caucus is open to everyone, with different levels of membership.

Membership Types

Regular Member

A regular member shall be defined as a Native American person who is interested in the mission and goals of the Caucus. Individuals will need to provide evidence of Native American identity which may include, but is not limited to, Tribal Nation identification cards, letters from Tribal Nation officials, and other items on a case-by-case basis. Evidence from commercial DNA testing and other ancestry companies will not be accepted to determine Indigeneity.

Associate Member

Associate membership shall be granted to those persons interested in and sensitive to the purpose of the Caucus. An associate member shall be defined as an individual who is not Native American, but has the desire and interest to share the objectives and goals of the Caucus and actively participate in its activities. Associate members shall have all of the privileges of the Caucus except those of making motions.
